1. philoSophie’s owns and retains copyrights of all artwork produced. Custom philoSophie’s are to be used exclusively for its purchased intent. |

2. Upon agreement, client will pay 50% of agreed amount to philoSophie’s™. The remainder of the cost will be due upon shipment of custom order. |

3. If you decide not to proceed after the draft is produced, a 50% termination fee will be owed to philoSophie’s™. |

4.Custom orders are entitled to ONE round of changes from the draft version. Any other changes made to the design will be charged at philoSophie’s™ hourly rate of $50 per hour. |

5.philoSophie’s designs all orders according to the information supplied by you. All products purchased are custom made to order and are not returnable or exchangeable. Please take special care to review art work and verify the order given in the confirmation email issued at time of final order placement. |
